How I Work With You
I provide confidential, one-to-one counselling for adults (18+) in a way that suits your life.
My clients often come to me for counselling for life changes, therapy for stress, anxiety or depression, or to find a safe space to talk without judgement.
I mainly work with men navigating difficult transitions — such as relationship breakdowns, career shifts, or life after prison — and I also welcome women and people of all genders.
You can choose the format that works best for you:
In-person sessions: Comfortable, private therapy rooms in Walthamstow, South Woodford, and Barkingside.
Online counselling: Secure and confidential sessions from anywhere in the UK — ideal if you’re looking for therapy for in London or beyond.
Telephone therapy: A flexible option if you prefer to talk on the phone.
Each session lasts 50 minutes. Together, we’ll talk about what you’d like to achieve and decide whether a set number of sessions or an open-ended approach feels right for you.
